# Dashboards

En la pantalla de inicio, se puede agregar la vista de gráficos para mostrar las colas y conversaciones gestionadas, así como el nivel de servicio de las colas seleccionadas.

Adición de paneles a la pantalla de inicio Usted elige qué gráficos desea ver y sus opciones estarán disponibles cuando salga y vuelva a ingresar a la plataforma, los gráficos se seleccionan uno a la vez:

1. Haga clic en Agregar gráfico:

2. Seleccione el tipo de gráfico haciendo clic en él y haciendo clic en Aceptar.

Para agregar más gráficos, haga clic en Agregar nuevamente.

3. Se abrirá Configuración de gráfico. Seleccione el contenido y la cola o el grupo de colas.

Los datos del gráfico se pueden personalizar según sus preferencias, como el título:

La configuración del contenido presentado se puede segmentar por colas separadas o por valor acumulado:

Y también puede elegir en qué filas el gráfico presenta datos:

Configuración de gráfico también incluye Eliminar gráfico si ya no desea ver el contenido.
